PayPal Subscription Suspension Email

If you received an email from PayPal stating your subscription with us has been “suspended”, it’s only a the PayPal recurring subscription aspect, not your actual subscription to our magazine.  Your magazine subscription will continue as you have paid for 4 issues.  This PayPal subscription suspension is a temporary thing we did to ensure you aren’t charged a renewal until you received all 4 issues from your first year. Many of you subscribed months before our first issue was released, and PayPal automatically charges a renewal on the one-year mark of your initial payment. We don’t feel right allowing renewal funds to come in until it’s truly time. We will “reactivate” your PayPal subscription once you have received all 4 issues for the first year you paid for so that your renewal can be processed to receive a second year of our magazine.
